    Conflict in Indochina, Historical Opinions.

    I'm looking for Historical Opinions which can back up my points in an upcomming essay I have to write. I'm looking for Historians who discuss the impact of the changing policies by the 4 presidents in the period 1954-73. Any suggestions?
