I wrote 11 for the essay and 7 for the creative. I know, I know: Why do people go over the top with the essay? I dont know. Maybe we all presume that we can boost creative marks with quality over quantity?
I know the secret formula has to mix it all up in accordance to the rest of the state, etc, but what do you think the difference will be between one's raw and hsc mark? How far would Band 5/6's be scaled up? Im really interested to know what theories people have!
I completely agree. It was a cinch... then again, looking at the Answers thread, I made some silly little mistakes that were 'duh!' mistakes. Otherwise, it was fun.
Apparently they will mark it as normal, as the misadventure paperwork wont arrive until its been marked. Theyll then take my paper out, see if the mark is better/worse than my assessment mark. Which ever is better, they will award me. Thats what the head examiner lady told me, don't know if its...
And it sucks because it was the easiest SORII paper Ive ever seen. During the exam I was getting dizzy spells, was really hot and was blowing my nose constantly. I couldnt concentrate and had the biggest headache, I felt like throwing up. I finished the exam but one of the exam ladies gave me...
I did one, even though I prepared two and even addressed the second in my introduction. I had to cross it out, as I realised (when I finished 1 booklet and hadnt finished my RM) that I had no time. Plus, it was good enough material to be done on its own. I remember my English co-ordinator...
I did exactly 9 for Q5. I only ended up doing one related because of time and depth, I think the response was better for it as well. Here's hoping that I'm not hallucinating and that I did fine. I did 6 full for Q2, but had like, half a sentence to write in order to fully conclude it, grr. Oh...
Gee, way to stress a girl out. I understood that it asked our inner journey, but I've always been told not to talk in first person EVER in an essay. I just talked alot about "one's inner journey etc". Otherwise, I think it went well, it was easier than trials.
Hmm.. I'm doing it for related material for Individual and Society in Extension English, but I don't know how it would fare as an Inner Journey text...
I know we'll probably all be 'studying for HSC' (cough) but what are you really doing since finishing your MW? Or what do you intend to do?
I have a stack of leisure-reading to do, whilst staying out to the wee hours on the weekends. Before last weekend, I hadn't been out in months and I...
In comparison to other students in my class, I'm that bludger. I mean, I did work on the project constantly since October, but they basically had everything finalised three months before the due date. On the other hand, my MW was finally completed on the tuesday morning lol. I felt I little...
I'm pretty sure mine is okay, but I'm not even going to check. As it has been said, its shipped off and there is nothing I can do about it. I don't want unnecessary stress and I'm sure that I'd find something that I wouldn't be happy with. To me, my MW does not exist anymore lol.
