Hi.. questions.. I haven't looked through the whole thread but.. It has been said Software Engineering is incredibly demanding. In what way? In maths, problem solving,english (reports etc) or the combination of them all? I'm just trying to scope out exactly what goes on and whether I'd fit...

Software is a pretty messed up course. It is made worse by some teachers who don't know how to teach it. I don't think its very hard though, IMO if you give it a decent shot.

Netsnipe, you don't happen to have cds of Ubuntu? I did put my details down for ship-it but it is taking a long time.. and may not even get to me.
