i've actually been really sick for 2 weeks and was stressed about the test.
then i saw the questions in reading time and was relieved.
i thought the short answer questions were really good.
we had learnt those areas pretty well
i thought the essays were pretty good too..
only think i didn't...
yeah, it isn't civil law and criminal law
its the systems.
so in other words, yes it's adversary and inquisitorial.
i talked about the judges and the sides in each case
origins of each system and countries that use them.
i re-read what you said, and we're saying the same things
just in different ways.
i realise what you are saying..
but yeah, band 6 is still 90-100 in my eyes :P
lol, and of course assessment marks have to be taken into consideration.
i know that the bands aren't based on raw marks.
but the scaled mark between 90-100 is a band 6, yeah?
and teachers have always told me your marks in gen maths dont scale down just because its an "easy" subject.
its stupid to assume how things are going to be scaled.
you never know from one year to the next.
besides that if you want a harder test, you should have done 2unit.
if you get the right answer though, i'd assume you've worked it out a valid way
(unless you just wrote a random answer)...
awww caity... haha i had time left over so i circled all my multiple choice on my exam and wrote the answers for one i thought i stuffed up.
i think i got about 95%...
and to that person saying that last years was harder, blahblahblah, it would also have been scaled, you don't get your raw...
ummm.. how is question 14 a threat?
the business should have planned ahead for any rent changes
they didn't, it was a weakness.
i read in some textbook that 1a is a role.
and i still dispute 11, i think that leasing vehicles would reduce the costs.
i don't care what all the teachers...
