Its hard, becuase everyone studies in their own individual way. And in addition, you have rebellious people who upon being asked to study go "NOOO NEVER" and those that actually need to be told to study. Figure out which category you're in and then work from their.

I do both aboriginal studies and legal studies and it sounds as though you'd be more likely to find that info in a legal studies text book.
