wats pre coding? i understand that coding is you know putting numerical values to the options of response so as to allow the info to be collected easily but wats pre coding? is that initially setting it up to be coded?

yeh getting through it its quite tedious stazi yeh im just going through al lthe scales and construct info... i think alot will be based on that stuff and the phenomologies is there anywhere that gives you a good picture of how the survey should look? in the text book...
