Anyone get there job pilot marked? Or have got their jobs pilot marked in previous years (What sort of feedback do you get?)?

What chem teacher, i might as well do chem by distance education. my teacher is never in the class (though there is only 3 of us in the class), and when he is, he just sits in the corrner. don't think he knows what teaching or a white board are.

I got this question as part of a research assignment, "Discuss the importance of technology in the determination of the elemental composition of compounds. Include specific examples in your answer." Anyone got any ideas, thoughts? I don't really know where to start. Any help would be good.
